While there are still states that need to catch up to modern times, the rest of benefitting from larger job growth in various sectors and new industries.

Although many of these positions can be utilized with entry-level experience, some take more requirements in order to get yourself a job. This is where the filling is a great opportunity to take the next step in the right direction.

Fillers are an integral part of the system. With growers, extractors, and other high-level positions starting somewhere, a good place for anyone looking to get into the dynamics of oils and wax can easily find a job filling.

The process is mostly mechanized, with only a few minor tweaks that need to be changed before moving on to another series, batch, or device.

How To Fill Vaporizer Cartridges

Cartridges have been one of the most tried and tested devices that are currently on the market. They have also been one of the leading and innovative devices that have kickstarted the disposable revolution.

When they were first introduced to the shelves in 2016-2017, they were of poor quality. In fact, their entire design wasn't supposed to take off as an industry-leading device rather than it simply showcased what the industry could do at the time.

Technical innovations have kept the 510 thread cartridge and battery alive since its inception and will continue to do so into the near future. But has the filling process changed? - not really.

In order to fill a 510-thread vape cartridge, all you need is the oil that you manufactured and a filling needle.

Step 1. Using either a syringe or eye dropper, fill the cartridge through the open top.

Step 2. Push the mouthpiece back on the device until it clicks into place. Make sure to do this within 1.5 minutes of filling the device.

Side note: You may need a press machine for certain types of 510 thread cartridges.

Step 3. Once the device is filled and the mouthpiece has been placed back on within 1.5 minutes after filling. Invert the device so that is upside down.

Step 4. If this product is to be stored for a long period of time, please keep them upside down until use. Before use, flip it right side up for 30 mins to allow the oil to fully saturate the coil.

How To Fill Vaporizer Pods

Vaporizer pods and batteries are quickly dominating space within key parts of the vaporizer industry. Vaporizer pods have taken everything that made 510 thread cartridges popular and placed them into another format. While pods and batteries aren't as "universal" as a 510-thread battery, they have gained popularity - especially from oil and wax producers to provide customers with a one-stop solution for vaping.

Filling these devices may need to require a filling machine - this is due to the large-scale manufacturing process. While 510-thread cartridges can be filled one at a time by hand, vaporizer pods require more.

Step 1: Using either a syringe or eye dropper, fill the device by utilizing only one of the two filling holes. Be careful not to fill both holes at once as one is required to let air escape during the filling process.

Step 2: Push the mouthpiece back on the device until it clicks into place. Make sure to do this within 1.5 minutes of filling the device.

Step 3: Once the device is filled and the mouthpiece has been placed back on within 1.5 minutes after filling, invert the device so that is upside down. This is to ensure the oil in the device cools away from the coil. This is to prevent leakage.

Step 4: After the device has been flipped upside down for 30 minutes, flip it right side up for another 30 minutes. This allows the oil to fully saturate the coil. If the coil is not fully saturated, then it can potentially cause dry hits.

Step 5: When you have completed the inverting process, simply store the device in a room temperature environment with the temperature being between 68-77 degrees F.
