The National Sales Director will be responsible for assisting in the development and working with the Key Accounts Team at our HQ in Arcadia, CA. This person will also work on training all-new Sales Managers and travel to various iKrusher locations across the U.S. when needed. This role requires excellent client relationship skills, a mastery of nontraditional thinking, and problem-solving acumen.
The National Sales Director will coordinate with the Key Accounts Director in developing an exceptional Key Accounts team. This person will be one of the points of contact for our key account clients and will work with the Key Accounts Director for cultivating trusting relationships with key decision-makers. They will oversee all service delivery on their teams and be responsible for the overall success of client relationships and client retention. They will also oversee their team's processes to ensure successful execution, optimization, and best practices are followed. The National Sales Director will also work closely with the Vice President of Sales to train all Sales Managers to be directly responsible for performance management, coaching, and talent development. This job will require traveling, and at times, at a moment's notice.
He/she must be solution-oriented, have high emotional intelligence, impeccable verbal and written communication skills, experience with creating reports, and the ability to anticipate client and team needs before they arise.
