Volume orders & Bulk orders

Please inform your sales rep of upcoming bulk orders and we will provide an estimated time frame according to your specific order. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process.

Customized orders & OEM orders

For OEM (private label) orders and out of stock products, the order lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks after confirming order and sending in a 40% deposit.

1. International Express Shipping

UPS, DHL, TNT, and FedEx, have daily services from LA to all major cities around the US, delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. Because of the volume of our business, we have more discounts from our shipping agent. And, of course, if you have an account with any one of these carriers, we can put the shipping charge directly on your account and there is no shipping and handling charges from us.

2. Air Cargo

If your order package is 100kg or above, you can choose to use Air Cargo. The shipping cost is much more favorable than Express, but you need to pick up the goods at your nearby Airport and clear customs by your self. The delivery time is about 3-7 business days.

3. Sea Cargo

While it is the most economical way to ship, delivery time varies from 15 to 25 business days. The shipping cost is charged per cubic meter, depending on the season and the port you want it to arrive at. We recommend you use this method of shipping when your order package is at least two cubic meters, and you do not need the product urgently.

4. EX Works

“EX Works” means customers will take care of the delivery after the ordered products are available for shipment from our warehouses. Please indicate the valid courier account number before shipment, so we can inform the courier to collect the goods from our warehouses. Additionally, customers can also arrange couriers, forwarders, and shipping agents to come to collect goods from our warehouses.

If using Ex Works for shipment, iKrusher will not charge a shipping fee, however, if customers need us to deliver goods to their carrier, we will add the necessary transport fee into the invoice.
