iKrusher’s unique process-driven and customer-centric OEM/ODM approach ranges from product planning, design verification, product verification and new product introduction (NPI) to mass production.

How long does it take for each OEM or ODM project with iKrusher?

Depending on the originality and complexity of the product design and commercialization, iKrusher ODM lifecycle is about six months, while OEM projects can be anytime between one and three months.

How can I verify the products I bought are from iKrusher?

How can I minimize or avoid leaking during the filling process?

  1. Prior to placing an order, testing any iKrusher products is highly recommended.
  2. The oil formulation varies before it is filled into iKrusher hardware, therefore, the outcome of using the same iKrusher products might differ due to different types of oil and viscosity.
  3. Please be aware of the filling temperature during the filling process. The suggested filling temperature is 122 ± 7°F.
  4. Please cap the mouthpiece immediately after filling it. Do not keep the filled cartridges or pods uncapped for more than one minute.
  5. Please store the filled cartridges or pods in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
  6. All the iKrusher cartridges or pods are disposable units. Please discard them after they are consumed.

Volume orders & Bulk orders

Please inform your sales rep of upcoming bulk orders and we will provide an estimated time frame based on your specific order. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process.

Customized orders & OEM orders

For OEM (private label) orders, the lead time is approximately 20-30 business days after order confirmation and a 50% deposit placed. All the OEM orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer in China to the client’s location.

  1. International Express Shipping

UPS, DHL, TNT, and FedEx have daily services from Los Angeles to all major cities in the US. The delivery time is usually 3-7 business days. And, of course, if you have an account with any of these carriers, we can place the shipping charge directly on your account.

  1. International Air Cargo

If your order package is 220 lbs or above, you can choose to use Air Cargo. The shipping cost is much more favorable than Express. The delivery time is about 5-10 business days.

  1. EX Works

“EX Works” means customers will take care of the delivery after the ordered products are available for shipment from iKrusher’s manufacturer.

How long do I charge iKrusher vapes and how long do the batteries stay charged?

Each product varies. The battery or charging indicator will show the status. Read the product instruction.

How are iKrusher cartridges or pods filled?

iKrusher only works with licensed extractors, processors, and licensed brands. The detailed filling instructions are listed in the filling manual.

Are iKrusher cartridges or pods reusable?

No. All iKrusher cartridges and pods are designed for one-time use only.

How long does an iKrusher cartridge or pod last?

It depends on the viscosity of products filled inside and how often the end-user vapes.

Are iKrusher cartridges or pods compatible with non-iKrusher batteries?

iKrusher cartridges are standard 510 thread that is universal in the market, but they are designed to work with iKrusher batteries offering the optimal user experience. iKrusher can not guarantee cartridge function or compatibility with non-iKrusher brands, unfortunately.

iKrusher pods can only work with their matched batteries. Please do not buy any batteries that are not provided by iKrusher for safety purposes.

Will iKrusher cartridges or pods leak?

The formulation of the oil-infused into iKrusher hardware varies. As long as there is any chance of inappropriate operation, there is a risk of leakage. Please refer to the answer to “How can I minimize or avoid leaking during the filling process?” for more details.

How can I start an OEM/ODM orderwith iKrusher?

Where will the order be shipped from?

Depending on your location and the availability of the item you ordered, your products may be shipped from different locations across the United States, but we will choose the closest location to you.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery date differs with different transportation means. Please note that sometimes there is a delay caused by the carrier that is beyond iKrusher’s control.

What payment methods do you accept?

For now, we only receive either credit card payment or wire transfer.

There will be a processing fee collected by the processing company when you choose to pay in a credit card, and an authorization form is required.

What do I do if my credit card doesn’t come through?

Please try with another card. If you continue having the issue, please contact your bank for help.

Does iKrusher collect or store my payment information?

No. iKrusher does not collect or store any of your payment information. Your information is only used for that transaction.
