iKrusher has obtained safety certificates from the following authoritative quantity systems: FDA, RoHS, FCC, CE, UL. We are using USPS and UPS.
*Please note that we CANNOT ship orders to PO BOXES with UPS as our carrier.

We have daily services to all major cities around the US, delivery time is usually 1-5 business days. If you are a business doing a wholesale/bulk order, then we will ship depending on where you are located, we will ship from the nearest office location.

Yes, we welcome walk-ins across all locations. However, we require you call first, have an account, and schedule the pick-up with our team or your representative: (626) 256-3449.

All orders are shipped from our main warehouse located in Arcadia, California.

We always use signature confirmation upon delivery to prevent lost or stolen packages. If a package is not delivered, please call your local office of the shipping company for immediate assistance before contacting our customer support to claim a package loss. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 48 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping company and/or exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

If the address contains a P.O Box, there is slight chance your order may not be deliverable. Please email or call our customer service team to confirm your address is deliverable.

After you place your order, you should have received an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email from us! If you have not yet received this information, your order is still processing. Your tracking information will be provided and further tracking information will be available through the shipping carrier’s website.

We try to get your hardware to you as soon as possible. For any receiving issues we recommend waiting an extra 24-48 hours for the carrier to deliver your package. Past that window, please open a case through the shipping company.

In order to change your default shipping address, follow these easy-to-use steps!

  2. Click on Add New Address.
  3. Enter your new address in the required fields.
  4. Select the Default Shipping button.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can email us at orders@ikrusher.com. Our customer care team is available Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM.

If you purchased an iKrusher product at a retail outlet, then we would refer you back to your place of purchase. If you purchased from iKrusher directly, we will redirect you to your representative whom you purchased from, or read our return policy below.

This number allows us to track your return and make sure everything gets returned to you in a timely manner! Please include this number when contacting us so we know which order you’re talking about.

Oh no! We’re so sorry about this. If your item is clearly a manufacturing or factory defect, please contact us ASAP. Please email orders@ikrusher.com with pictures and details about the defect.

Our bad! If you received the wrong item, please email orders@ikrusher.com with details.

Once you are notified of your return from us, please wait 5-7 business days for the banks to process the return and show up in your account.

The best way to find out is to email customer service or follow us on our social media accounts for announcements for back in stock items. You can also sign up for a back in stock email notification on the product page. This way, you will receive an email when the item becomes available again.

    • The item is in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • The item is not listed as a non-refundable or non-returnable item (e.g., perishable goods, personalized items, downloadable software).

    b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed, although processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

    c. Return Shipping: If applicable, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item's safe return.

    d. Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for certain products. If applicable, this information will be communicated to you before initiating the return.

  2. Exchanges:

    a. Eligibility: You may be eligible for an exchange if you meet the following conditions:

    • The item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • The item is in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • The item is eligible for exchange based on our product-specific exchange policy (e.g., size or color exchanges).

Battery, Power and Charging

The cost of customizing an iKrusher device varies on the specific battery you are interested in; the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) varies from each device, but usually starts with 5,000 units. In addition to the MOQ, the price varies case by case depending on the complexity and demand of your project.

Apply for a B2B account

You can tell your pen is done charging when the light indication turns off. If you are still unsure, when you plug your device in to charge, it will blink a white light 3 times, to indicate the battery is already at a full charge.

Depending on which device you have, a red blinking light can indicate either a low battery or the voltage level your device is currently at.

Unfortunately, there is no remedy once a device has indicated that it has short-circuited. However, there are a number of ways to avoid this in the future.

  1. Make sure your device is turned off before you begin charging. Most batteries have a button that you can click 5 times to shut off. If it is draw activated, however, you can simply plug it into the charger.
  2. Make sure you are using the charging block that came with your device. Some charging blocks are "fast charging" and can stress the battery to the point of a short circuit.
  3. Make sure you are not leaving the battery charging overnight. This can overheat the battery and create a short circuit. Simply charge your battery for the 30 minutes-1 full hour time limit.
  4. Kee your device away from water.
  5. Avoid keeping your device in a too hot or too cold vehicle.

Disposable vape devices are built to be compatible with a mid-range viscosity concentration. We recommend not cutting your distillate by more than 40%.

Pod Systems are built to be compatible with a variety of oils, ranging from a mid-range viscosity to a high viscosity. We recommend not cutting your distillate by more than 20%.

Cartridges are built to handle a variety of viscosity levels and thicknesses, for more information on finding the perfect cartridge to complement your oils please contact a member of our team at (626) 256-3449.

VFIRE devices are exclusively compatible with VFIRE pods.

TUX PRO Cartridges are compatible with any 510 thread battery, we suggest pairing your TUX PRO device with a trusted iKrusher battery (S1 or S2).

CALIBR PRO Cartridges are compatible with any 510 thread battery, we suggest pairing your CALIBR PRO device with a trusted iKrusher battery (S1 or S2).

ASTRO devices are exclusively compatible with ASTRO pods.

The LED light blinks 2 times and the device will shut down after continuous inhalation for over 10 seconds, it will then recover working after resting the device for a short amount of time.

Blinking three times means there is a connection issue.

If the voltage is detected to be lower than 3.2V before or during inhalation, the LED light blinks 10 times to remind that the battery life is low and that it is time to recharge your device.

A short circuit means your device is dead.

The device will automatically shut down by not lighting up the LED at the time when the product was detected with short-circuit meaning this device started malfunctioning.

You can tell your pen is done charging when the light indication turns off. If you are still unsure, when you plug your device in to charge, it will blink a white light 3 times, to indicate the battery is already at a full charge.

A green light means your device is fully charged.

This indicates “Over-time inhalation protection”. The LED light blinks 5 times and the device vibrates twice to shut down after continuous inhalation for over 8 seconds. Try not to inhale for so long or so frequently. This prevents burning of your oil. It will recover and continue working after 10 minute pause, and restarting.

All of our batteries and disposables have either a micro-USB charger, or a Type C charger, except the Tik.

All of our disposables are rechargeable except the TIK PRO – 0.5mL Visible Tank 350mAh Disposable Vape Pen (AD-TIK-B05).

This indicates one of the following items:

  1. The cartridge/pod is getting close to running out of oil, please replace a new and filled pod/cartridge immediately to prevent dry burning.
  2. The battery is almost out of power, simply pause using it to recharge it.

Please don’t use the device when it’s being recharged for safety concerns.

We recommend removing the pod and cartridge from the battery when it’s not being used. Place the pod, cartridge, or disposable device in a dry and cool environment. Please do not store your product or recharge it in a vehicle during high temperature days. *Note that the battery life will gradually run low after a long rest due to technical self-discharge, we suggest to recharge the battery before you are ready to use it again. Recharging before re-use helps regain the best functionality.

In general, it’s the heating element inside of the ceramic coil heating up during the vaping process, and the temperature range of the heat normally reaches to 180 C- 250 C/356 F – 482 F. With that said, the temperature still varies from different oils depending on the difference of the oil formula.

When charging your device, the LED light on the bottom of the device will light up; indicating that it is charging. Once at a full charge, the light will shut off.

Quickly press the button 3 times to switch the voltages. The LED light flashes (3) times to reflect the current-voltage. 3.8V is indicated by a Blue light, 3.3V is indicated by a Green light, and 2.8V is indicated by a Red light.

The connection is not plugged in all the way.

This indicates a “Short Circuit” within the device (One cause could be moisture inside). The LED light blinks 3 times in red and the device vibrates 3 times to shut down, at the time when the pod was detected with short-circuit. The device is malfunctioning.

When this happens it appears to be a manufacturing issue.

When charging your device, it will display a red LED light indicating that it is charging. Once your device is fully charged, the LED light will turn off.

The white light will turn off and you are ready to go!

When your device has a low battery life or when the voltage is detected to be lower than 3.3V; the device vibrates once and the LED blinks a red light 8 times to indicate that the battery life is low and it is time to recharge.

The consistency is too thick.

When the device is plugged in for charging, the LED light will illuminate red. Once the device is done charging, the LED light will turn white (for up to one minute), before turning off.

PCTG is a medical-grade plastic that adheres to strict safety quality guidelines for vaporizers and other devices.

Disposable vaporizers are single-use vaporizers.

If the voltage is detected to be lower than 3.2V during inhalation, the LED won't light up and the device automatically shuts down to remind that the battery life is low.

This device is a disposable vape and is intended for a one-time use. We do not reccommend alternative methods to refilling a used pod - as this may compromise the integrity of your oils. Once capped, the disposable pod is not meant to be re-opened. Once your pod is empty, we ask you to dispose of the pod. Additional pods can be purchased on our website if needed.

iKrusher is strictly a vape hardware manufacturer. With that being said, our pods and cartridges are not prefilled with oil. Clients who buy our products are responsible for filling the pods and cartridges themselves. Please refer to our filling instructions located on the respective product pages for more information.

To put the answer simply - we do not advise using nicotine e-liquid in our devices. The viscosity of the e-liquid can cause leaky carts and pods which could lead to internal damage to the device/battery.

How Do i fill my cartridges or pods?

iKrusher cartridges contain both screw on and press on capping methods, please refer to the list below:

  • Press On: Tux & Tux Pro
