What if my package is lost?
If you package gets lost in transit, please send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call during business hours. We will help you file a claim with the shipping company and do what we can to take care of it right away. *Please note: once a package is turned over to the shipping carrier and leaves our facilities, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
