Do you need to Return or Exchange any items to iKrusher?

iKrusher’s award-winning technology and research + development process has a proven track record, with less than 1% in returns or defective products.

You have 14 business days to request a return from the date of confirmed product delivery.

Upon return request, we immediately issue company credit in place of a refund.

All product return requests must be accompanied with the products in the brand-new condition in order to be processed.

All product returns must be in full box/case quantities; no partial returns will be accepted.


Once your product is received, our team will conduct a thorough quality assurance inspection and notify you that we have received your return. If your return qualifies for a refund due to a product defect, we will immediately notify you.

If your return for defective products is approved, we will initiate a refund on the original payment method. Your credit will be received within 5-7 days based on the policies of your credit or bank account.

  • iKrusher, Inc. can only issue refunds for products that are defective upon delivery.
  • Refunds may not be issued due to leaking product.


Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs on all new products. If the return is due to product defects, please contact us and our team will provide you with a return label. For product returns please provide multiple, clear, well-lit photos of the product. Once our quality assurance team has received and can confirm the product is defective we will provide a shipping label to initiate a return.
