Returns & Exchanges
Our mission is 100% satisfaction, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to best assist you with your every request.
- You have 14 business days to request a return from the date of confirmed product delivery.
- Upon return request, we immediately issue company credit in place of a refund.
- All product return requests must be in brand new condition in order to be restocked for future sales.
- All product returns must be in full box/case quantities; no partial returns will be accepted.
Once we receive your product, we will conduct a thorough quality assurance inspection and notify you that we have received your return. If your return qualifies for a refund due to product defect, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection process is complete.
If your return for defective product is approved, we will initiate a refund on the original payment method. The credit will be received within 5-7 business days based on the policies of your credit card or bank account.
- The only time iKrusher, Inc. will issue a refund is if the product is defective when upon delivery.
- Refunds are not issued for leaking product.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping cost on all returns that are defective.
If the return is due to product defect, proof must be provided by customer (ex: multiple clear, well-lit photos of the product). Once our quality assurance team determines the product is defective, iKrusher, Inc. will provide a shipping label to initiate the return of the product.
