To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

On Hold: If you see “On Hold” status on your order it means we are still processing your order or it might be due to verifying your transaction which means we sent you an email for proof of your purchase, please check your email for any communications regarding your purchase verification.

Completed: This status means we fulfilled your order and it should be on its way to the shipping address that you already provided on the checkout page, in this case, you will be able to see a tracking number and you can track your order through the shipment carrier network.

Canceled: This situation can happen when you call us and ask for a cancellation of your current order. In case your order got canceled it might be due to an inventory shortage or we could not be able to verify your purchase. Refunded: When your order gets canceled we will make a refund according to the original payment method.

Failed: In some cases, you might enter your card information wrong into our gateway then you have another chance to review it and place your order again if you are sure about your card information and the issue persist consistently you still have the chance to use another Visa or Mastercard cards that you might have. If this happened to you because your card got declined please contact the issuer bank and make sure your credit card will not be declined on their end.
